While my team didn’t create the sleep-cat branding or the TV for Belsomra (those were our partners at Y&R NY), we did just about everything else. From launching and building the Belsomra branded and unbranded (Why So Awake?) sites, to all the CRM, tools, and collateral. Learning all the science around insomnia was a labor of love. And while I’ve created more than a few interactive engagement tools over the years, for a variety of audiences, the Personalized Sleep Profile is still a special favorite.

When it comes to insomnia, your habits matter. The client wanted to engage people about their sleep habits, good and bad. So we created the ultimate sleep habit quiz with unique sleep archetypes. People who completed the quiz were assigned their own personal sleep archetype as well as given helpful tips about areas in which they might improve.
